Staffing solutions include temporary placement, contract-to-hire arrangements, search services, and single-source management.



Contract for Hire
The option to convert one of iSphere’s contract consultant’s to an employee is a standard feature on all of our contracts (maybe). Contract for hire arrangements provide iSphere’s clients and candidates with an opportunity to test the degree of fit before executing a long-term commitment in the employment relationship.



Contract
On-site personnel needed to provide expertise or manpower supplementation to meet short or long term operational objectives. (including spikes in workload, temporary "backfilling" of existing personnel, or ‘crunch’ project / accelerated project schedules)



Direct Hire



CONTINGENCY PLACEMENT



iSphere conducts employee searches for direct client hires. This service includes initial recruiting, screening and interviewing, coordinating client / candidate interviews, and final offer negotiation.



These services are provided on a contingency basis meaning that our clients are under no obligation to hire any applicant from isphere and under no obligation to pay a placement fee until an applicant referred by isphere have accepted a position with your firm.



iSphere’s referral fee is based on a 1% per thousand dollars of the gross annual salary or estimated annual earnings for commissioned positions, not to exceed a maximum of 30%.



RETAINED SEARCH



iSphere will provide a dedicated project team assigned to your search until completed iSphere will recruit, screen, and assist your company in hiring personnel after jointly identifying the requirements of the position(s).

 

All candidates recruited will be exclusively presented to your company for right of first refusal

iSphere guarantees presentation of a minimum of 2 – 3 candidates who meet or exceed client requirements

iSphere will submit formal weekly search progress reports (or as frequently as deemed necessary by iSphere)

 

Retained Search Payment Terms

 

1/3 to initiate the search (estimated based on projected salary midpoint)

1/3 upon initial interview of candidates by client

Final 1/3 invoiced upon candidate start date (and adjusted to final accepted salary)

 

Other Services

 

On-site Recruiter
For clients who need to fill a large volume of staffing requirements on an accelerated schedule, iSphere offers an on-site recruiting service. We will place one or more of our experienced IT recruiters on your site to better and more quickly facilitate the staffing process – typically at no cost to our clients.


Vendor Management
Frequently the process of managing numerous staffing vendors includes dealing with multiple points of contact for sending out staffing requests, processing a large number of invoices, providing feedback on candidates & interviews, candidate scheduling & care issues, and rate and cost management. Dealing with these issues can create a large time and administrative burden. ISphere can create value for our large volume clients by assuming all the administrative burdens of working with multiple vendors providing a single point of contact to more seamlessly meet our clients needs and handle rate, quality, and contact management issues with other approved staffing suppliers.


Interim CIO
Sometimes an organization is faced with the challenge of having insufficient IT expertise, management resources, or infrastructure to formulate and execute the IT strategy necessary to support their business objectives.



iSphere can provide a senior grade IT management professional capable of providing this leadership on either a monthly or retained basis.
